How does PromoVault work?

PromoVault is a community-driven platform where users share promo codes and affiliate links. You can search codes by category or brand, copy them, and use them to get discounts. Registered users can also publish their own codes to help others save money.

How do I publish a discount code?

To publish a code you must first register for free. After logging in, go to your Dashboard and click 'Publish New Code'. Fill out the form with code information (category, service name, code/link, description, and expiration date). Your code will be visible after team approval.

Why should I register?

Registration is free and offers important benefits: unlimited access to copying codes (unregistered users are limited to 5 copies every 24 hours), ability to publish your codes, personal dashboard to manage your published codes, and statistics on clicks received.

Are codes verified?

Yes, all published codes go through a moderation process before being approved and made visible. Our team verifies that codes are valid, not expired, and contain accurate information. Expired codes are automatically removed from the platform.

How does the 5-copy limit for anonymous users work?

To keep the platform sustainable and encourage community engagement, unregistered users can copy up to 5 codes every 24 hours. This limit automatically resets after 24 hours and is tracked server-side using your IP address (hashed for privacy). By registering for free, you get unlimited access!

Can I edit or delete my codes?

Yes, you can manage all your codes from the Dashboard. You can edit information (description, expiration date, etc.) or delete codes that are no longer valid. Changes to already approved codes may require new approval.

How can I contact support?

For any issues, questions, or reports, you can contact us through our contact form. We typically respond within 24-48 hours. You can also report non-working or expired codes directly from the code page.
